I can accommodate an extra guest in the Hudson party after the deadline and will phone the restaurant a second time to amend the booking. My words.

From the list above, we have lost Rob M and Bill's better half, but gained Mrs Pat, Martin, Pete C and Steve D. (Also Rob R and my mate Jim are coming.)

So 16 in all. But I'll be phoning them again tomorrow, and after that any late additions will have to take their chances on the night (and won't be allowed Pat or Mrs Pat's seat.)
