Have just entered and there was only minimal pressure!!!??? Must confess to being worried about a 'lardy finish time' as no doubt my training will dip over the Xmas break due to kids being off and my love of mince pies so please can I ask that if anyone is going out for a run over the holiday period and wouldn't object to me joining them, please let me know.

Thanks
Cheryl

Thanks Mel - may try and make Sunday run but don't hang on for me as not sure of hubby's commitments.

Nick - thanks for volunteering for a run on 25th Dec - great excuse to escape my mother-in-law! About 0.5 mile be ok? Or a jog round Vagrant's car park?

You'll need a booster cushion.

One week of running in the last five, and none in the last three, and now I realise this race is only five weeks away on Sunday.

Good grief. I might not even beat Anthony.

Bless.
I've not trained properly or raced since Summer, most weeks zero miles. On daily beta-blockers which mean that running is quite a challenge; maybe the lack of training isn't helping either.
BUT looking forward to the smell of toast at the finish line in five weeks.
