Sunday Run, anyone not doing the stafford 1/2?
Any of the marathonists (or otherwise) fancy a long run tomorrow morning?
I'm aiming to run (slowish pace) our 20 mile course, there's an opportunity to do the full 20 or 14ish.
let me know if your interested and we'll arrange times etc...

We are going to run our 20 mile course tomorrow, starting at 08:00. We will be starting from the Spar shop on Rope lane, if anyone wishes to join us, see you in the morning.
