A few weeks ago at about 1 o'clock in the morning, Pat was drunkenly asking me to train him because he said he wanted to break every world record from 5k to the marathon or something like that. Possibly he was feeling slightly euphoric because he had been strip searched only a couple of hours earlier. I declined his advances for three reasons:

1) I can't be bothered - it's time I could be asleep.
2) I don't really want Pat to get any quicker
3) I'm not sure I would necessarily make him any quicker. He seems to be doing OK on his own.

However, here is some information I've gathered during one of my trawls through the internet:

good find Rob, some interesting stuff. I shall try to incorporate some of this to try to hold off the every improving lovely cakes.

I think my personal training has proved that young Hudson does not need anymore help. :wink:
