A great Harriers session last night! 8)

Very impressed by Ruth who ran to near chunder at the 5th 800m, but still managed the 6th :shock:
James and Ivor attached like carriages as usual :lol: Nick was more like a runaway train, but showed great intelligence & control to slow after a slight twinge.

Also Phill's late show, he's planning and training on his own, look out Mike H :?

I notice you brought some of that biodegradable, edible tape with you, Pat. Are you on that instead of gels, now?

Pat, I think the KEY to success is, better to be a little late than not arrive at all, but your'e not very good with KEYS from what I saw last night. :lol:
