They are a size 8 but I would say they' are more like a 5/6, I'm a size 7 shoe. So they would probably be more suited for a lady or PMJ.

I have a pair of Adidas Neptune X Country spikes for sale for £15. They have only been worn one and a half times, the half being at the Northens last year!! They are a size 8 but I would say they' are more like a 5/6, I'm a size 7 shoe. So they would probably be more suited for a lady or PMJ.
