Our ladies are taking over boys, we had better get our act together. :D

Some fantastic times by the girls today, lots of prizes won.

A great tunout by South Cheshire Harriers today, both by the men and the Women, lots of PB times. Well done to everyone who ran, hoped you enjoyed it as much as I did. :)

Fantastic to see such good performances, especially the ladies. What a début for Ruth and 4 minutes quicker for Cheryl.

Great to see so many harriers there, PB for me as well, although failed to achieve my ambition to crack 1.40 by 10 seconds. Rats and double rats. Thanks though to Simon who helped by pacing me over the last mile (he was on his bike!!)

I think at least 4 chaps and 4 chappesses got PB's - great performances, great times and a great turnout.

Neil - I hope the hamstring sorts itself out soon. Your fartlek sessions drive the club on to PBs. As a token of our appreciation we have persuaded the organisers to send you your medal and re-input your time into the results.

I paced myself exactly as intended at 6:30/mile, not noticing my training partners had disappeared off into the horizon, with the only visible sign the spangle from their laces. Retirement is the only only surefire way to boost your running!

2nd fastest half for me based on my watch (CB & 3 mins off last year)- Sarah enjoyed herself and achieved her goals i.e. run all the way and feel OK at end despite having not put mileage in.

Well done to newer club members some great runs especially Andy, Amy, Heather.

Anyone know how Emma did in Quarter?

Rob M well done mate, wish I could have pushed you to that sub 1:40 but just didn't quite have in my legs :( - roll on Village bakery

Nicky, Ruth and Cheryl were 1st, 3rd and 5th L35 and 3rd, 7th and 11th L overall respectively. Respect! (That's what the kids at school say (I think))

Shame there was no ladies team prize, they would have won.
