Really enjoyed today and it was great to see and meet so many other members of the club. Ruth - I met you on my 1st night and was worried I had bored you with my chat so lovely to see you again! Nicky - heard a lot about you, glad to have met you - great race!
Well done to everyone. I tailed Mark from about 7.5 miles and just could not catch him but he kept my pace going really well so thank you and well done on a great time - you kept saying you hadn't run over 8 miles in a long time but you looked like you were coping very well with the additional 5!

Great to meet you to Cheryl, well done for yesturday, us ladies are doing ok!!
Ruth was buzzing all the way home, i think i had given her too much lucozade...the one with added caffiene...she doesn't need it!!! Great run so proud :
I think Charlie and me would have been up there with the fast boys had we not not raced last sunday
