Postby Clayhead on Sun Oct 18, 2009 12:55 pm

Hi people,
Just letting you know I got a pb today at the Cardiff Half Marathon and finished approx 104th of 11000.
I got 1:21:18 nearly 3.5 mins off my pb. 11 mins off my last visit in 2007. A bit knackered now ,see you in the week :D

Cheers Nick
